I need to build a drywall(lettvegg) in a part of the living room in order to create a new sleeping room. The height of the wall would be 312cm with a length 420cm together with a corner of 14cm. 70cm from the left side of the wall there would need to be placed a door (preferably similar to the other doors of the apartment like in the picture). The drywall would be glued to the laminate floor (no holes will be drilled), the same will preferably be for the ceiling. In 1 side of the wall i would like to have 1 switch for the light and 1 power outlet, on the other side of the wall i would like 1 power outlet and tv antenna and internet plunge (need just to extend these from the main box of the wall). The existing switch needs to be transferred to the new one that would be on the new wall. Also there needs to be added extra moldings (lister) for the both sides of the wall (preferably similar to the other ones, see the picture). In addition i have 2 garderobe doors (231x100 each) that need to be installed just behind the door (where the side table is in the picture). The bottom side of the door mechanism would be glued on the laminate floor and the top would be needed to create an element that can take 7cm from each side and 81 cm from the top of the ceiling + close the top part with a dry wall. All the measurements need to be measured from the professionals that do the work. Please ask if there are some unclear issues and come with the offers of what this work could cost.
