Modernising the house

Hi, i am planning two modernization my house, by putting new laminate floor for the whole house, remove my old kitchen and install a new ikea kitchen, put tiles in the new kictehn, painting of all the house, Installing a shower in the bathroom, and Other miscleneous works. i Want to Be this work started in beginning or mid of july.
