Need to build 15m noise wall/støyskjerm

The total length is around 15 meters. The height of the Concrete basement should be no less than 80 cm (freeze line is 80 cm). The height of the wall is 2 meters above ground, and two layers for better noisy isolation (maybe need Rockwool in the middle of two layers). The noise-wall needs to be connected with the existing noise wall which was built by the government. See the noise wall (red line) on the attached picture. The applicant must: 1. Have experience of building such kind of noise wall/støyskjerm. For example, show me some projects (better in bærum) you have done. 2. Assistant to get permission from bærum kommune. i have applied to bærum kommune last year, and get a response that i need a company to assistant my application
