Oppussing av gammelt vindu

I have an old window who needs to be repaird before the winter. Im a singelmum with very little money and the house belongs to my old parent who dont want to help. i need this to be done cheap mabye i must do something by myself or use used parts. Mabye devide the bill into to or three parts. i hope you see the problems.
