P-52353 self service bagdrop

Oslo Airport (osl) shall acquire a self service bagdrop (sbd) solution that shall be capable of replacing the manual delivery bagdrop positions.
The purpose of introducing a sbd solution is to enhance the efficiency of the bagdrop process and decrease the number of personnel required, reduce the queues at the manual bagdrop positions and improve the exploitation of the area within the terminal.
The system must have a user interface, technical interfaces and units to implement the bagdrop process. In addition to guide the user throughout the delivery process the system must have a statistics module and must be integrated with osl central services, existing baggage handling system and airline dcs systems.
