Procurement eco system

The purpose of this Request for Information (rfi) is to gather information from potential vendors regarding their solutions for a comprehensive public procurement ecosystem. This system should cover all stages of the procurement lifecycle, from budget formulation through to contract completion. We are looking for one or more system to digitalize the entire procurement process and as automated as possible. We are open to look at ai solutions as well.
