Procurement of Organisation Development - Qualification

In connection to the strategy for 2014-2017, nhh wants to develop a framework that describes how the administration, the headmastership and the leaders of the departments shall interact. This framework has to build on the strategy for 2014-2017. Therefore, nhh wants to hire an external company to go through, evaluate and make clear recommendations regarding: - The descriptions of the administration, the headmastership and the leaders of the departments’ roles. - How to enable leadership in the entire organisation. - The structure of responsibility and who that can make which decisions. - The guide for organisational design. The aim of this is to make both the decision-making and the leaders’ responsibility clearer, together with making the organisation more coherent and efficient. Still, the present model of management is not up to discussion in this process. The implementation of the roles will be an important part of the process, and nhh wants team building through a new way of thinking. This is very important since many of our leaders are familiar to the traditional team building programs and leader management theories.
