Rørleger-replacement of pipes and t- connector

Hi, Need to replace copper pipes 15 mm dia 2 pcs, each apr. 2, 5 meters and one t-connector from stop valve to kitchen as on photo. Pipes going from valve (cold water) to (info fjernet) to remove one or two tiles where pipes going to kitchen. Main stop valve ok.
