Re-design of apartment

After recent purchase of apartment i would like to re-do and re-design the interior. Please see the link to the apartment, as-is: (info fjernet) The general idea so far is to take out the wall in the living room, and between 2nd bedroom and corridor. Lift the ceiling in living room. Main bedroom to be moved upstairs into attic (sufficient space for sleeping, currently no roof windown on attic level). Move the entrace door trough into kitchen. Re-design ktichen. Design of smart storage solutions. i would kindly request your proposal of your ideas, scope of work, tentative project plan, including a price estimate. Take over for the aparment is June 12. Planned start for physical work most likely not earlier than week 33. i would appreciate a meeting in person, therefore preferably an architect from the Stavanger region, or being able to have meetings in Stavanger.
