Redesign of bathroom and kitchen

Hi, The batroom is very small 3. 5 square meter and has opening in kitchen room, means it has enterence from kitchen room. i want to extend the bathroom size by 5 squre meter and want seperate enterence from gang. Also The kitchen have 4 doors-- 1 is coming from hall 1 is from bedroom side 1 is from bathroom side 1 is from back outside. i want only one door instaed of 4 so that i can use more door spae for kitchn.
