Removal of 2 internal walls in my apartment

I am planning to renovate my kitchen/ entrance area. Scope is as follows. 1. Checking/ verifying the possibility of removing 2 internal walls that seperate kitchen from Stue and entrance. - Due to lack of documentation on this old apartment, i am not certain wether the walls are load bearing or not, i need a possible verification on this from an expert. 2. If feasible, removal of those two walls and re-wire the electric plug ins/ switches on those two walls to another location and build a new wall as marked in the rough sktech.
