Renovation of apartment over two floor

I need to renovate an apartment as soon as possible. There are two floors and each is 47 sq. Meters. The work to be done are as follow: 1. bathroom Extend and modernise bathroom. This will include removing the old bathroom, carpentry work to extend the walls, plumbing (bobble bath, toilet, sink and washing machine), tiles and downlights. Bathroom dimensions as planned is 345x150 cm. i am considering increasing the width wth space from dining arae. (See attached floor plan with my sketches. Ideas welcome). Move electrical meter box to new location. 2. entrance, main bedroom and kitchen Tiles on the floor, of entrance and kitchen, parkett on bedroom floor, gipsplater on all walls and cielings and downlights (led bulbs). i want a clean, smooth look in the apartment. Building walk-in closet for bedroom (space for this is under the stairs). Dimensions (Length x breadth) Bedroom = 361x272cm; Gang = 464x236cm; Spisehall = 558x241cm, Kitchen = 210x175cm 3. upstairs (stue, soveromii and soverom iii) Gipsplater on walls and cieling of stue, with downlights, create two bedrooms by creating walls and gipsplater on walls of bedrooms. Dimensions (wall to wall, windows and doors included) Stue = 649x420; sovii = 360x200; soviii = 360x200. Please make a quote for each of the above three categories. And include work duration, time you can commence etc. i need quick, affordable and good work! i plan to modernise the electrical wirings also, so please quote on that.
