The demolition job is done, and the waste has been removed. The work is mainly on realizing the intended solution illustrated below. This involves the following: Generally in all rooms 1. Setting up new doors and walls. 2. Spackling and painting of walls and ceilings. 3. Installing continuous floor parquet, including leveling. 4. Installing skirting, including paint them with the same color tone as the walls. 5. Installation of new window frames, including the painting of these. 6. Installation of stucco and rosettes of polystyrene, including spray-paint these. 7. Setting up new electrical installations, including new sockets, lamps and switches. Existing fuse box will be used. Four bathrooms 1. Two new bathrooms will be built from the ground. 2. Common manifold cabinet with pipe in pipe system to be set up. 3. Heating Cables and spotlights to be installed. 4. Connection for corner shower, sink and washing machine must be installed. 5. Boiler must be hidden in ceilings. 6. Built-toilet will be installed.
