Request for Information - On Track Machine - General purpose vehicle with crane

Sporveien as (Sporveien) is preparing an acquisition of new otm, a general purpose four axle vehicle with crane. At least 5 vehicles will be acquired. Optionally 5 – 10 more. The vehicles will be prepared for cbtc installation.
Since Sporveien is a metro operator with tunnels and coming demands for emission free operation, we ask the potential suppliers for current development and development plans for hybrid traction systems, electric drive, battery operation or other possible solutions. Please describe your current development with schematic drawings of traction system(s) and description of a current machine with a general arrangement drawing.
