RFI for orchestration service NSB Tourism

Nsb Tourism want to establish a digital tourism portal, to be able to provide high quality tourism products in an easy and customer friendly fashion. The goal is to establish a leading tourism portal in Norway, for individual customers and professional travel agents, both abroad and in Norway. The core of the new tourism portal is to establish an orchestration service and product management tool that makes it easy to allow the customer, both B2C (consumers) and B2B (global travel professionals), to buy fixed and dynamic bookings in relation to fjords, mountains and culture. The products and prices are negotiated by nsb and is not in scope. The portal will have to be a flexible and modular solution that easily connects to new services and easily can be connected to other sales platforms.
