Roof leakage

This is a rekkhus at Ulsberglia, Bergen, we have a living room on the first floor, there is a leakage on the roof connecting the glass wall, there maybe some problem with the drain system of the balcony on the second floor, and water get through the proof. There was some fungi found inside the roof, so some materials has to be changed. Please see the picture to find the details. Could someone can help me fix it, and give me a quote. Best Regards.
