Anbudsforespørsel – sikring av byggeplass (mini-oppdrag / mindre prosjekt / småjobb). på en uferdig byggeplass (en privatbolig) ønsker vI tilbud på levering og oppsetting av byggegjerde / nødvendig sikring for å hindre at uvedkommende går inn på eiendommen. i tillegg ønsker vI å avstenge tilgang til stor terrasse rundt bygget (midlertid sikring inntil man har montert rekkverk på terrassen). følgene områder skal sikres: • stenge innkjøring til byggeplass (via privat vei, bredde ca. 3 meter) • stenge tilgang til byggeplass fra baksiden av huset (ned mot vannet) • stenge tilgang til usikret altan som går rundt huset på 3 fasader (hindre tilgang til disse, bredde ca. 3 meter), eventuelt montere midlertid rekkverk på altanen • stenge tilgang (oppe og nede) til ståltrapp fra gårdsplassen i underetasjen og til altanen i andre etasje, eventuelt montere midlertid rekkverk. Gjerdet bør være ca. 2 meter høyt, og stå fastmontert (med i leveransen må være føtter til byggegjerdet). Alt nødvendig sikringsmateriell leveres av dere på byggeplass. In addition, we need to close off access to the large terrace around the building (temporary protection until we have installed railings on the terrace) the following areas need to be secured: • closing the entrance to the building site (via a private road; width about 3 meters) • closing access to the construction site from the rear side of the house • closing the access to the unsecured terrace that runs around the house on three fronts (preventing access to these; width about 3 meters), or temporarily mounting railings on the terraces. • closing access to a steel staircase going from the courtyard on the ground floor to the balcony on the second floor, or installing temporary railing. The fence should be approximately 2 meters high, and mounted securely (the feets must be including in the delivery).
