Tiles around shower

We have some white stains growing the tiles around the shower. It seems to be expanding and getting worse. It has worn out the sealant between tiles, maybe even grown underneath since the edges of some tiles look as if they are popping out. We don't know what exactly is and would like to have professionals to inspect and get it fixed.
