User experience design expertise and suppoert - M4-project

The purpose of this procurement process is to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for delivery of services related to ux design expertise and support for the M4-project.
The Sporveien M4-project is about to purchase new metro vehicles to Oslo. The project group needs ux design expertise and support throughout the project, which will last for several years. Main design tasks consist of developing a design guide, evaluating and testing design solutions, and gathering insight from and verifying solutions with passengers and personnel. The design expertise is a support for the project group and will help to give guidance and direction to the metro supplier that designs the vehicles.
